About NetX

For more than two decades, NetX has been a trusted leader in Digital Asset Management (DAM), helping organizations centralize, protect, and put their most important digital assets to work. From championship sports teams and Fortune 500 brands to world-class museums, universities, nonprofits, and global enterprises, NetX is the platform behind the assets that matter.

As we enter our next phase of growth—driven by new product capabilities, platform expansion, and the forthcoming launch of our Next-Generation, AI-Powered Intelligence Platform—we are investing in a modern, high-performing marketing function focused on accelerating new customer acquisition.

About The Role

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director, Growth Marketing to lead all aspects of demand generation, product-aligned content, and marketing plan development and execution for NetX—while allocating approximately 70% of their focus to NetX and 30% to select initiatives supporting broader brand and business development goals for our parent company, Heritage Werks.

This role is responsible for driving new logo acquisition, pipeline growth, lead quality, and measurable marketing-driven revenue impact—while also supporting key product launches as part of our broader growth strategy.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

Demand Generation & New Pipeline Growth

  • Own the full-funnel marketing strategy with a singular focus on new customer acquisition.
  • Build ICPs, segment audiences, and create persona and psychographic profiles based on workflows, motivations, objections, and buying triggers.
  • Lead multi-channel demand programs including paid digital, SEO/SEM, webinars, ABM, industry events, content syndication, email, and social.
  • Establish lead scoring, nurture workflows, attribution tracking, and reporting dashboards tied to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure lead quality, velocity, and conversion alignment.

Product & Sales Enablement Marketing

  • Develop high-impact product marketing and sales tools, including: – Pitch decks – Persona-based demo scripts and talk tracks – Competitive battlecards – Product one-sheets and two-pagers – Case studies and industry-specific proof points – ROI and business case content
  • Partner closely with Product to translate technical features—including emerging AI capabilities—into compelling buyer-facing value propositions.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for our Next-Generation, AI-Powered Intelligence Platform, ensuring strong differentiation, clarity, and resonance in the market.
  • Equip Sales with the messaging, positioning, and materials that shorten deal cycles and improve win rates.

Brand, Content & Market Positioning

  • Increase NetX visibility and category presence through storytelling, social, thought leadership, earned media, and integrated campaigns.
  • Develop and manage editorial calendars, web content, and SEO strategy.
  • Support PR, industry research, award submissions, and speaking opportunities.
  • Contribute to messaging and positioning that elevate NetX as a leader in next-generation intelligence for content-centric organizations.
  • Build partnerships with agencies, influencers, and strategic collaborators as needed.

Customer-Facing Responsibilities

  • Publish customer stories, testimonials, and case studies to support new business.
  • Coordinate product announcements, roadmap communication, and pre-launch activities for major platform innovation.
  • Create customer-facing content that reinforces adoption, retention, and advocacy.

Team Leadership & Creative Collaboration

  • Manage a two-person team of Marketing Execution Specialists responsible for campaign implementation and marketing operations.
  • Partner with our in-house Art Director to develop creative assets that elevate campaigns and unify brand expression across all channels.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent growth in SQLs, demo requests, and pipeline value.
  • A reliable, multi-channel demand engine with clear measurable ROI.
  • Strong improvements in lead quality, conversion rate, and sales velocity.
  • A high-impact go-to-market launch for the Next-Generation, AI-Powered Intelligence Platform.
  • A Sales team equipped to close deals faster and more confidently.

Who You Are

  • 7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including DAM, CMS, MAM, ECM, or related content technologies.
  • Proven track record of building net-new pipeline and revenue—not just awareness.
  • Experience marketing transformative technologies, ideally including AI or next-generation platforms.
  • Fluent in persona development, segmentation, and psychographic-based targeting.
  • Strong writer, presenter, and content creator—able to develop polished content independently.
  • Hands-on operator comfortable shifting between strategy, execution, and analytics.
  • Expert in marketing automation, CRM alignment, and performance reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience marketing to major corporations, GLAM institutions, sports brands, and universities.

Culture & Work Environment

  • NetX is a high-trust, entrepreneurial environment where ownership, creativity, and initiative are valued—and where results are recognized. We believe in:
  • Great teammates over egos
  • A culture of appreciation and recognition
  • Innovation over bureaucracy
  • Work that is measurable, meaningful, and visible
  • A company that rewards contribution
  • You won’t just run campaigns—you’ll build the growth engine of the company and help bring a category-shaping intelligence platform to market.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Remote-first role with flexibility and autonomy
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
  • A company that invests in people, celebrates wins, and rewards results.
