Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structured Cable Designer and Estimator role based in Dublin, OH. The role involves designing structured cabling solutions for voice, data, video, and low-voltage systems, including preparing drawings, layouts, and documentation that meet industry standards and client requirements. The designer and estimator will develop detailed project estimates, bills of materials, and labor projections, working closely with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to ensure accurate scopes of work and cost-effective solutions. Daily responsibilities include reviewing customer specifications, conducting site assessments, coordinating with vendors, and supporting bid proposals and RFP responses. The role also requires monitoring project designs for quality, ensuring compliance with codes and best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of design and estimating processes.

- Relevant qualifications include knowledge of industry standards (such as BICSI, TIA/EIA), and RCDD certification or progress toward certification is highly beneficial.

- Previous experience in structured cabling, telecommunications infrastructure, or low-voltage systems design and estimating is preferred.
