Network Operations Analyst I

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Are you ready to support the data and business analysis needs of Spectrum’s Network Operations as a Network Operations Analyst I? In this role, you will leverage your understanding of business processes and basic technical skills with industry-standard tools to provide valuable analytical insights. You will also develop your foundational knowledge of the business units you support and gain an introductory understanding of the Network Operations organization's systems and capabilities. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Optimize network performance through basic statistical analyses using key data points; perform statistical analyses for Network Operations business unit(s). 
• Provide business analysis and support for Network Operations by generating routine and ad hoc reports, and creating dashboards for operational visibility. 
• Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of data results; present standard data sets and information in an understandable and compelling manner. 
• Analyze business partner's operations to identify strengths and weaknesses, determining opportunities to automate processes and functions. 
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in standard data sets; interpret data in collaboration with others and develop recommendations based on findings.

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum 

Required Qualifications 

• Education 
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience 
• Experience 
  
  • 2 years Microsoft Office Suite including Excel experience 
  • 2 years of standard data query techniques and report building 
• Skills 
  
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; Demonstrated communication, both written and oral skills  
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a team-oriented environment  
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines  
  • Demonstrated analytical and detail-oriented aptitude, a high degree of accuracy  
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change

The base pay for this position generally is between $55,600.00 and $88,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
