What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Supervisor position at Network of Community Options, Inc.?
Network of Community Options, Inc. is accepting applications for a Direct Care Supervisor in the Ash Flat area. This will be a full-time position with a benefits package that includes a company sponsored retirement program, health insurance, and paid time off. As a DCS you will be working with individuals with disabilities and their families to set up and monitor home and community based waiver case plans and goals. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, maintaining client/staff ratio and data entry. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated and possess excellent organizational, communication & prioritization skills. A background in special education, social work, or experience in waiver coordination preferred, but not required.
