What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Supervisor position at Network of Community Options, Inc.?
Network of Community Options, Inc. is accepting applications for a Direct Care Supervisor in the Ash Flat or Salem areas to supervise our group homes. This will be a full-time position with a benefits package that includes a company sponsored retirement program, health insurance, and paid time off. As a Direct Care Supervisor you will need to have the ability to manage direct support professionals, assist overseeing schedules, manage doctor appointments, keep files in compliance, manage daily operations of the homes, and other duties as assigned. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated and possess excellent organizational, communication & prioritization skills. A background in special education, social work, or experience in waiver preferred, but not required.
