What do we need?

We are continuing to grow and need additional technical staff. This is a full-time role for a Help Desk Technician. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, help desk support, troubleshooting, computer hardware, and printer support to our clients. The role is located in Lisle, with some remote or hybrid opportunities.

This position begins with a 45-day probationary period. Upon successful completion and mutual agreement on fit, the role transitions into a full-time position.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in providing help desk support and printer support.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration (such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Admin Center, Security Center, Entra, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Administration (including Voice) preferred.
  • Prior experience working for a Managed Services Provider preferred.
  • Experience with MSP solutions preferred (PSAs, BCDR, IT Glue, EDR, MDR, CIPP, WatchGuard, DNS, Nerdio, RMM).
  • Experience with remote support tools is a plus.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience) is a plus.
  • Willingness to complete a minimum of one technical certification per year.
