- Lead the full estimating cycle: From bid opportunity review through proposal submission and turnover to operations.
- Strategic role: Go beyond number entry—think about the team that will execute the work and help build trust and improve systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with project managers, field leadership, vendors, accounting, and ownership.
- Manage significant bid volume: Approximately $70 million in drywall work bid annually, with a focus on improving hit rate and margins.
- Utilize advanced tools: Use The EDGE Estimating Software and explore new technologies like Buildbid and Toggl AI.
