Network Health is seeking a fulfillment coordinator to manage the fulfillment, printing and distribution of health plan materials and mailings, while ensuring quality control, brand consistency and cost effectiveness. The Fulfillment Coordinator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including print and fulfillment vendors and various business owners throughout Network Health.

- Foster positive relationships with print, mail and fulfillment vendors
- Support quality control for mailings and print pieces to ensure accuracy and brand consistency; participate in proofing
- Work collaboratively with employees, internal departments, printers and fulfillment vendors to support mailings, annual marketing plans and campaigns—including digital initiatives to transition to electronic fulfillment
- Assists with exchanging files, mail lists and proofs with vendors
- Manage inventories of print materials, envelopes, letterhead and corporate items
- Keep up-to-date on USPS mailing regulations
- Submit invoices for department approval and submit to Finance for payment
- Smartsheet and Quickbase administrator to create and maintain applications for Marketing
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and implement solutions
- Participate in activities to create a more positive experience for our key constituents in support of the brand promise
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Associate degree in graphics, art, marketing, communications or related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Four years of experience may be substituted for an associate degree.
- 2-5 years of experience in print production, mailings and fulfillment preferred.
- Experience with quoting process and vendor selection based on quality, price and service
- Experience with and understanding of postal regulations and mailing requirements/standards
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to listen mindfully, identify gaps and ask appropriate, probing questions
- Ability to organize one’s work and space to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks within the identified timeframes
- Ability to adapt and prioritize to new circumstances, information and challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Ability to efficiently complete tasks and manage multiple priorities under pressure
