Network for Hope is looking for dependable, compassionate individuals to serve as Drivers on an Independent Contractor basis. About the Role
As a Driver, you will play a vital part in the organ, tissue, and eye donation process by transporting our team members, including physicians and surgeons, to and from donor cases across our service area, which includes:
- All of Kentucky
- Cincinnati, OH region
- 5 counties in Southern Indiana
- 2 counties in West Virginia
You will have access to a fleet of Network for Hope vehicles (SUVs, cars, vans), a gas card, and Roadside Assistance for peace of mind on the road.
Requirements
- Active and valid driver's license
- Active and valid auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and DMV driving record review
- Availability for 12-hour on-call shifts (AM: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | PM: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Compensation
- $50.00 flat rate for each scheduled on-call shift (even if not called in)
- $20.00/hour for all hours worked
- Additional $100.00 flat rate for working on a holiday
- 1099 Contractor - monthly pay; this is not a Network for Hope employee position
