RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary focus will be leading the financial systems of the practice, including:
• Guiding patients through financial plans with confidence and compassion
• Explaining payment options and answering financial questions
• Managing patient accounts and collections
• Monitoring financial agreements and payment plans
• Payroll support
• Inventory management and ordering
• Financial reporting and administrative systems
• Helping maintain efficient office operations
As you become comfortable in your role, you'll also receive cross-training in front desk and clinical operations so you understand how every department works together.

Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, medical, dental, hospitality, customer service, administration, finance, or patient coordination is helpful—but your attitude, character, and willingness to learn matter even more.
SCHEDULE
Monday through Thursday
Approximately 9–11 hour shifts
Four-day work week
Occasional weekend seminars or community events (approximately 4–8 per year).
TRAINING
You won't be expected to figure everything out on your own.
You'll receive comprehensive training from our experienced leadership team, including mentorship from the team member who has successfully led this role for the past six years and is transitioning into a leadership position supporting our growing organizations.
