About the Team:
The Project Team at Network Doctor is responsible for all technology implementations that require more than just a simple work order or request. They work with a wide variety of technologies, including but not limited to networking, systems administration, cloud services, security services.
Position Details:
The candidate should be a motivated individual looking to work in a stimulating, fast-paced and collaborative atmosphere. Responsibilities will be diverse and often require personal judgment. Successful engineers will assist in the technical planning and implementation of projects, create configurations documentation for use by other technicians, perform technical work onsite at client locations, and keep an eye on the quality of project work being completed. The team member would work from our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office and when needed travel onsite to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Azure infrastructure deployment, administration and support
- Migrating workloads into Microsoft Azure IaaS and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Server migrations from physical-virtual/virtual-virtual
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server environments.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Hypervisor solutions such as VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Configuring and deploying networking equipment: like switches and firewalls and wireless access points.
- Configuring, implementing, and supporting virtual desktop delivery solutions like Citrix DaaS (Virtual Apps and Desktops) and Windows Remote Desktop Services.
- Configuring storage devices such as SANs and NASs with redundant disk volumes, delivering LUNs via ISCSI
- Technical planning, leading office relocations, and leading email migrations - both On-premises to Cloud and Cloud to Cloud.
- Setting up and managing backups solutions.
- Creating and maintaining documentation
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5 years of experience with IT systems administration.
- Azure infrastructure deployment & administration is a must
- Solid foundation with IT Infrastructures and experience in maintaining them.
- Great verbal & written communication skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Team player; excels in team collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Dependable & responsible
- Customer service experience.
Preferred:
- MSP Experience
- Advance level Azure Certifications
- Technical Certification in the above mentioned areas
- Familiarity with the ConnectWise Suite for ticketing and remote management
- Physical ability to lift and move 50lbs
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
