Job Description:
NDi is looking for a Software Licensing Specialist that administers software licensing programs to ensure compliance with vendor agreements, government requirements, and organizational policies.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Must able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- This position is remote and candidate must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, DC, FL, GA, ID, MD, MS, NJ, NC, OK, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, or IT).
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in software licensing support, IT service operations, and/or IT asset support.
- Familiarity with FAA-relevant tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications relevant to the position.
- Experience supporting federal government or DoD customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the license disposition for specific requirements, receive tickets from software analysts.
- Research procurement data for the products, align with the customer's information, and determines if licenses are available.
- Read, comprehend, process software procurement information, vendor invoices, software product specifications/licenses, and End User License Agreements (EULAs).
- Record license entitlement information into FAA-software asset management systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations and contract requirements.
- Support audits, assessments, and reporting activities.
- Maintain records and documentation supporting governance processes.
- Ensure deliverables meet customer and organizational standards.
