RCS (Revenue Cycle Services) Analyst
Department: Facility Billing and Collections
Pay Rate: Starts at $16.00/hour, dependent on experience
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8a-5p M-F
Post-training: Flexible scheduling within standard business hours (Monday–Friday)

Position Overview
The RCS Analyst supports the Facility Billing and Collections team by performing follow-up and resolution of insurance denials related to medical, dental, and vision claims. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work claims through resolution.
Candidates with prior claims, billing, or revenue cycle experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform follow-up and resolution of denied claims for medical, dental, and vision billing
- Review claim details, payer responses, and documentation to identify resolution steps
- Work within multiple systems to track and resolve outstanding claims
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and payers as needed
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
- Meet productivity and quality expectations
Qualifications
- Experience working with insurance claims, billing, or revenue cycle processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn new systems and workflows
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow processes
- Basic computer proficiency required
