Pioneer Title is searching for a detail oriented Title Processor and Closer for our Taos office location. Your core responsibilities will be to process new orders and contracts as they come in, contact clients and lenders, and work closing files.
Pay is dependent on experience and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all required documentation reviewed and entered correctly into our system
- Accurate and complete Data Entry
- Reading real estate contracts
- Learn basic functions of software used by our company
- Meet all daily deadlines
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook required.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills a must.
