What You'll Do
As an Inside Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll work with company-generated leads and guide borrowers through the mortgage process from initial consultation to loan submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing borrowers.
- Analyze financial situations and recommend the best mortgage solutions.
- Educate clients on available loan products and financing options.
- Structure and accurately price mortgage loans.
- Manage a consistent flow of inbound leads and live transfer calls.
- Lock loans at the point of sale when appropriate.
- Collect required documentation and submit complete loan packages.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up throughout the loan process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting production goals.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Active NMLS license required.
- Minimum one year of mortgage loan origination experience.
- Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Conventional Loans, FHA, VA, and Government Loans, HELOCs, Jumbo Loans, Purchase Loans, and Refinance Loans
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to structure and price loans accurately.
