Roles and Responsibilities
Program and configure access control and CCTV systems, including hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with these systems, including network connectivity, programming, and hardware failures
- Work with clients to understand their unique business requirements and develop customized solutions that meet those needs
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, including training on how to use these systems effectively
- Participate in the design and implementation of new access control and CCTV systems, including providing recommendations on hardware and software solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation on all systems and solutions, including programming code and hardware configurations
- Maintain current industry knowledge and certifications
- Drive on company business and assume responsibility of a company vehicle as needed and allowed
- Represent NCS with professionalism and integrity
- Perform all assigned duties Safely adhering to the highest Quality standards
- Provide the highest level of customer service with continuous communication (verbal and written)
- Perform all functions of the position and other duties that may be assigned
- Travel to the field to support installations as needed

Skill Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); five plus years of related experiences and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of related industry experience in Security Systems programming and troubleshooting
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Programming language experience needed in the following:
- AMAG
- BOSH
- OPEN OPTION
- AVIGLION
