The Role

We're looking for a Procurement & Inventory Specialist to keep our supply chain moving, from placing orders with our distributors to receiving, stocking, and tracking inventory in our warehouse. This is a hands-on role for someone who's just as comfortable at a keyboard as they are on a warehouse floor. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in supply chain or operations, this is a great entry point.

What You'll Do

• Place and track purchase orders with our approved distributors and vendors
• Receive, unpack, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
• Enter and reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and inventory records in Sage
• Conduct cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Prepares, packages, and ships equipment with accurate documentation to support on-time project and service delivery.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in purchasing, warehouse, or inventory work (we'll train the rest!)
• Ability to regularly lift 25-50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sage or a similar ERP/accounting system
• Comfort with Excel
