Intune EndPoint Engineer
- Manage and support Microsoft Intune for device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, and troubleshooting complex policy conflicts across Windows endpoints.
- Administer and optimize Windows Autopilot provisioning, including profile creation, deployment troubleshooting, hardware hash management, and ensuring seamless zero touch onboarding.
- Perform advanced Active Directory tasks, including user/group administration, OU management, GPO troubleshooting, and resolving authentication or replication issues.
- Support and maintain Entra ID (Azure AD) by managing conditional access policies, identity security configurations, hybrid join issues, and SSO-related escalations.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot BitLocker encryption using Intune and MBAM/Entra recovery workflows, ensuring endpoint data protection and compliance.
- Provide L2-level endpoint management support, including Windows OS troubleshooting, patching issues, application failures, and escalations from L1 teams.
- Monitor and improve endpoint security posture through compliance reporting, remediation of non compliant devices, and enforcement of security baselines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support device lifecycle management, resolve escalated incidents, and contribute to automation or process improvements.
