What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastry Chef position at Nettare?
Nettare is looking for a Pastry Chef to head up our morning cafe program.
Responsibilities
- Create & execute a menu of sweet and savory pastries to be featured during our cafe and lunch/brunch service in line with Nettare's concept and values.
- Assist creatively with creating 3-4 desserts for our a la carte & tasting menu for our evening service.
- Assist in oversight of our existing bread program.
Schedule
- Estimated 45 hours per week across 5 days on average. The final schedule will be discussed with your input based on the execution needs for the menu as it will be written.

Salary : $57,000 - $60,000
