Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced LoanIQ Developer to join a Loans IT team supporting scalable lending technology solutions within a complex financial services environment. This role focuses on enhancing LoanIQ functionality, supporting integrations with external platforms and internal operational applications, and collaborating across business and technology teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LoanIQ development, integration frameworks, and enterprise banking systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance LoanIQ functionality to support lending operations and business initiatives.
- Build and maintain integrations between LoanIQ, external vendor systems, and internal enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with Operations and Technology teams to deliver scalable UI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Participate in agile delivery activities including requirements gathering, technical design, testing, and deployment support.
- Support system optimization, performance improvements, and ongoing platform enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a LoanIQ Developer within banking or financial services environments.
- Strong understanding of LoanIQ architecture, APIs, data models, and integration frameworks.
- Experience integrating LoanIQ with external systems and enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, scripting, and middleware/integration technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of lending operations and financial products.
- Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting complex integrations.
