Role Description
Netstal is seeking a spare Parts Manager for a full-time hybrid role, based in Hebron, KY, with opportunities to work remotely. The Spare Parts Manager will oversee the supply chain and inventory of spare parts, ensuring prompt availability to meet internal and customer needs. Responsibilities include managing with our HQ-Parts requirements for the United States and Canada, maintain onetime shipments, monitoring stock levels, and improving the spare parts operations process to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role also requires collaboration with various departments to meet customer demands and support operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with Inventory Management, Spare Parts Operations, and Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of Vendor Coordination, Procurement, and Logistics
- Strong Analytical Skills and Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools for Tracking and Reporting
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills to Work Across Teams and Build Relationships
- Leadership Abilities and Problem-Solving Skills for Process Improvement
