Please note that this is a 6-Month Contract position and is On-Site. The shift timings are 2:30pm-10:30pm.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Required Qualifications:
- Requires some mechanical knowledge.
- Must follow all SOP’s that pertain to the area.
- Requires some computer interface.
- Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Must be able to prioritize workload.
- Must be able to change work priorities without loss of productivity.
- Responsible for providing clean equipment.
- Responsible for providing equipment/filtration set-up correctly.
- Troubleshoots equipment problems.
- Constant standing and bending.
- Some moderate heavy lifting.
Description:
- Follows established procedures, safety practices and emergency procedures.
- Disassembles, cleans, and reassembles all vessels, pumps, lines and assorted small parts.
- Provides Formulation and Coating with equipment that is clean and correctly set up, in a timely manner.
- Directly responsible to area supervisor.
- Handles all solution returns.
- Troubleshoots equipment.
- Maintains safe, neat area.
- Documents defective equipment.
