JOB DESCRIPTION:
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in environments with exposure to laboratory and biochemical hazards, including toxic, caustic, or suspected carcinogenic materials
- Ability to work in cold room temperatures (2–8°C) and environments with fumes and odors.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform production assignments manually or by using filling, labeling, and packaging equipment
- Count, weigh, and measure materials to ensure manufacturing batches contain proper materials and quantities
- Complete and maintain device history records, including line clearance and verification documentation
- Conduct continuous inspections of labels, vials, sub-assemblies, and/or finished products
- Identify and report nonconformances or production issues to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing work area
- Coordinate material movement; receive, store, and distribute materials and inventory
- Perform inventory accuracy checks and basic administrative tasks
- Kit materials required for production and interface with the warehouse team
- Complete required training in the client’s learning management system
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and digital innovation efforts
- Perform transactions in the ERP system as required
