Responsibilities
- Provide a point of communication and leadership for project team
- Create, manage, and distribute daily and weekly status updates related to each project
- Maintain project assets, communications, and related databases
- Assist in coordination of all associates necessary to complete projects
- Track progress on each project to ensure it stays on time and on budget
- Adopt digital automation tools and AI-powered solutions into project workflows to streamline operations and improve team productivity
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Project management experience
- Strong leadership skills, interpersonal competencies, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate skills in the use of common business tool sets including MS Office
- Experience working with automation technologies and AI-enabled business tools, with ability to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology adoption
- Up to 20% of the time
- Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
