What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire
- Build and mentor a high‑performing engineering organization grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Foster a culture that celebrates individuality and encourages creativity.
- Serve as a visionary technical leader across major Netsmart modules and products.
- Guide engineering execution of scalable, cloud‑ready, modern web‑based applications.
- Champion best‑in‑class engineering practices, including DevOps, automation, interoperability, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
- Lead process improvements that accelerate delivery, enhance quality, and strengthen reliability.
- Partner with Product, UX, Client Success, and cross‑functional teams.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Interpret performance metrics and ensure delivery excellence.
- Set goals, own budgets, and align engineering operations with organizational priorities.
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, standards, and healthcare technology.
- 10 years engineering leadership.
- Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, SQL, and modern web technologies.
- Strong experience in cloud adoption and architectural evolution.
- Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, OOP, and enterprise-scale systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
