This is a full-time on-site role for a Techno Functional Systems Analyst based in Mansfield Center, CT. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and improving IT systems, conducting detailed business and systems analysis, identifying requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing system performance. This role acts as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring systems align with organizational goals.
- Strong expertise in Systems Analysis and Business Analysis
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Experience in Information Technology, including designing and maintaining IT systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively
