The ideal candidate for this position will have strong Java development expertise and experience transitioning research algorithms or proof-of-concept software into production applications. Required Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
- A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science or a related field and eleven (11) years of relevant experience. Also acceptable are a Doctoral degree (PH.D.) and seven (7) years, a Master of Science (M.S.) degree and nine (9) years, or an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree and thirteen (13) years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented software development.
- Programming experience with Python, Rust, C , and TypeScript.
- Experience with Visual Studio or comparable integrated development environments.
- Experience using GitLab or similar Git-based source code management.
- Experience evaluating and modifying existing software applications based on technical documentation, source code, and evolving requirements.
- Experience with automated testing, debugging, software configuration management, and release processes.
- Experience with graph representations, graph transformations, and alternative graph structures.
- Experience with digital logic emulation or software-based modeling of digital systems.
- Experience developing file parsers, data transformation utilities, and file generation capabilities.
- Experience with optimization frameworks, algorithms, or computational optimization techniques.
