At Netrix Global we are looking for PC Deployment Technician (Temporary) on site role in Audubon, PA who is responsible for timely and accurate completion of customer projects. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Participation in large-scale projects is expected. Must be able to work under high volume situations, under ever-changing variables, as well as face-to-face interaction with clients. Organization, attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, teamwork, and excellent time management skills are needed. The PC Deployment Technician is a direct representative of the company while onsite with clients and must display the utmost professionalism and courtesy.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Experience working with various Microsoft Operating Systems platform
- Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10, and 11
- Experience working with Mac OS platform
- Experience with Microsoft Office configuration and usage
- Printer installations
- Laptop docking station and peripheral setup
- General PC troubleshooting skills
- General networking knowledge and skills
- Ability to follow documented processes to install and configure software
- 2-4 year degree (preferred, not necessary)
- A and/or Network certification (preferred, not necessary)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license (preferred, not necessary)
- Interact with Team Lead for daily project work and assignments
- Interact with end user on during deployments
- Interact with client IT staff on deployments, issues with deployment, and other needs
- Traveling onsite to clients to perform PC refreshes. Includes following scripted procedure to migrate end-user data to new machine and minor software configuration (Microsoft Office, printers, browsers, etc.).
- Will work with designated team lead on a daily schedule to refresh multiple machines while tracking data required on deployment sheet per user.
- Must leave end user’s work area as good as if not in better condition than when first arrived.
- If issues with deployment, team member is to reach out to Team Lead immediately for further direction.
- Configuration of iPads, Microsoft surfaces, and laptops for remote users at Netrix and onsite at the client site.
- Following scripted procedures to configure the device to client specifications and interacting with Team Lead when issues arise or assistance is needed in configuring devices.
- Physical Work Environment: Will work primarily at the client site in solo capacity reporting to manager remotely, client site is in Audubon, PA 19403
- First shift: Monday through Friday
- Second shift: Monday through Thursday, with possibility of Friday 1st shift work to prepare for the coming week if needed.
