Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who is a hunter and who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced, high-energy company. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This is a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with three to five years of goal-crushing sales experience. Reputation management or SEO experience is a huge advantage.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- This is a hunter position with full sales cycle responsibility – hunt, prospect, close deals
- Enthusiastic representation and clear explanation of NetReputation.com solutions and services
- Develop new accounts daily and achieve (and beat) company quota
- Growing your residual book of business to create long-term value for the company.
- 3-5 years experience in inside sales in a hunter role with full sales cycle experience
- Reputation management and SEO experience a huge plus
- Startup experience is a plus
- Ability to prospect and hunt to find highly qualified prospects
- Ability to close highly qualified prospects
- Ability to enthusiastically represent the company and its services
- Ability to get past the gatekeeper to the decision-maker is a must
- Strong follow-up and time management skills
- Strong and concise communication skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high energy environment with a competitive and positive nature
- Paid training program with incentives
- Base pay
- Large commissions
- Residual income on a client portfolio
- Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses
- Our reps are averaging $6,000-$13,000 per month
- Top performers are earning $20,000 a month
