POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a Senior Brand & Growth Designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, user experience, and performance marketing. You’ll bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on design execution to help elevate our brand and accelerate growth across every channel — from digital campaigns and events to product experiences.

This role blends creativity and experimentation. You’ll partner with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to design high-impact assets that drive engagement, tell compelling stories, and improve conversion through design excellence and data-driven iteration.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Design for impact across the full funnel — websites, landing pages, event branding, digital ads, content marketing, and sales presentations.
  • Lead and execute design experiments with the Growth team to increase conversion rates and engagement through iterative A/B testing and UX enhancements.
  • Own the visual evolution of the brand, ensuring consistency, scalability, and emotional resonance across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to bring campaigns, events, and launches to life through compelling design.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that unifies brand expression across the website, campaigns, and digital marketing assets.
  • Enhance user engagement on key pages and digital experiences by refining usability, navigation, and visual design.
  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets — from landing pages and event materials to social and digital ad creative, marketing collateral, and executive presentations.
  • Translate insights and data into design decisions, optimizing creative based on performance and audience behavior.
  • Champion design thinking across teams, advocating for the role of design in storytelling, growth, and customer experience.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–10 years of experience in brand, visual, and UX design — ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth company or creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a blend of brand systems, digital experiences, and growth-focused design.
  • Proven ability to design and iterate for performance — familiarity with A/B testing, UX research, and data-informed optimization.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping or web tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer).
  • Excellent visual craft, storytelling, and understanding of how design drives engagement and conversion.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills — able to present design rationale and align teams around shared goals.
  • A curious, proactive mindset — comfortable testing, learning, and iterating quickly.


NICE TO HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and/or MFA preferred
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or consumer brands.
  • Experience supporting events and field marketing with visual design and collateral.
  • Skills in motion design, illustration, or creative direction.
  • Comfort collaborating with front-end developers or creative ops teams.

California Pay Range

$122,800—$163,800 USD
