Title : Payroll Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI ( Hybrid)
Contract Duration : 20 Months
Pay Range : $35 -$38/hr.on W2 without benefits
- The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees while ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and company payroll regulations.
- This role performs biweekly payroll activities, including payroll transactions, audits payroll data, responds to employee inquiries, maintains payroll records, and works closely with Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, and third-party vendors to ensure employees are paid correctly and on schedule.
- The Payroll Analyst supports payroll reporting, tax compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
