Note: No C2C/ Corp to Corp

**Schedule - 4 days/10 hours (Fri-Monday 5 am-3 pm) and then will go to 5 days/8 hours (Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm) - Onsite Need.
Supplier Program Manager will manage cross-functional team to focus on supplier relationship & performance.
Industry: Aviation, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Defense, Military and Space Manufacturing
Education:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience In lieu of a degree, minimum of 15 years of prior related experience
Skills:
Ability to organize and drive actions of a complex nature with both short term and long term objectives Ability to reach across multiple areas of discipline to accomplish the goal (Quality, Engineering, SCMM, Operations) Ability to concisely and collaboratively communicate Operations or Supply Chain Background
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate supplier performance to the contract develop & execute supplier management strategies which strengthen the relationship, collaboration, & drive overall contract accountability.
- Identifying risks & opportunities
- Tactical issue management & resolution
- Accountable for overall cost, quality, schedule, & delivery.
- Prepare briefings & report on daily progress & escalate critical needs to enable success
- Act as on-site focal for the coordination of all on-site or virtual activities
Desired:
- Ideal candidates will have a some Operations background with the ability to interrogate, identify, and resolve issues related to production schedules. Candidates that possess the ability to manage a line of balance is a plus. Supply Chain experience in dealing with technically complex products in a highly regulated environment also a plus.
