About the Role
Cadence IT is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Enterprise business functions. This role will focus on Legal application ecosystems including iManage, Ironclad CLM, Zycus, Conga, Salesforce, and related enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience translating legal and compliance requirements into scalable technology solutions while driving process automation, workflow optimization, data governance, and system integrations across global enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and IT teams to streamline and standardize legal workflows.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the full Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process, including intake, authoring, approvals, execution, and obligation tracking.
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions using AI-driven technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, and workflow orchestration tools.
- Analyze upstream and downstream system impacts, integrations, data dependencies, and exception handling processes.
- Define and track KPIs related to cycle time reduction, compliance, process efficiency, and user adoption.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
- Drive continuous process improvements across Legal and Enterprise application landscapes.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
- Strong experience with Legal technology platforms such as:
- iManage
- Ironclad CLM
- Zycus
- Conga
- Salesforce CRM
- Experience with enterprise system integrations, process automation, and data governance.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development, rapid prototyping, low-code/no-code platforms, or workflow automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous business environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in global enterprise environments.
- Prior experience supporting Legal, Compliance, Procurement, or Contract Management functions.
- Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience.
- Experience designing AI agents and workflow orchestration solutions.
Salesforce Certifications are a plus.
Salary : $60 - $65
