The Role: We are seeking versatile Operations Managers to provide on-site leadership for our transportation hubs. You will be responsible for aligning staff, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring the smooth flow of ground transport operations. Experience in events, transportation, or logistics is a major plus, though we welcome candidates from hospitality, retail, or service management backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate on-site staff, ensuring all team members are positioned and performing according to the daily operational plan.
Operational Execution: Manage real-time logistics, including shuttle arrival/departure scheduling and load-zone management.
Communication: Act as a key point of contact for staff, reporting updates to project leadership and resolving operational bottlenecks on the fly.
Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and site-specific operational procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of supervisory or management experience is required; scheduling experience is highly preferred.
Dynamic interpersonal skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, from frontline staff to project leadership.
Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in a field environment.
Salary : $30 - $35
