Position Overview: This role is intended to be more of a cross‑functional liaison, Supporting Business Operations through Analysis (using Excel and Power BI) and Process Management
Primary focus: attention to detail and project coordination, Junior profile (1 to 5 years)
Professional: Cross-Functional Collaboration, Team Support, Client Service, Data Visualization
Main responsibility: liaison between different groups
Cross‑department communication & coordination
- Process flow management - Understanding the specific workflows, departments, or recurring activities involved will help better target candidates with the right operational background.
- Issue tracking & resolution
- Project and initiative support, Process Improvements
- Operational support & execution - will be coordinating with Construction/Inventory/Supply Chain & Logistics - to verify locations are ready to be restored as well as identify parts of locations that aren't quite ready but are captured for future restoration activities. Will involve looking at tracker files, drawings, schedules, and conversing/coordinating with construction team and vendors
- Compliance, accuracy, and documentation
- General analyst with cross-functional teamwork abilities
- Managing vendor relationships and budgets, Forecasting, Optimization, Inventory Management
- Handle budgeting and financial work (teachable if needed)
- Financial or technology background - Supported financial work with data-driven insights
- Business/finance background preferred but flexible
Key Role Responsibilities
- Work with operations team to capture missed communication details
- Translate information across teams for smoother operations
- Review documents and drawings for project specifics
- Track job locations and timing requirements
- Cross-functional teamwork, collaboration more important than technical skills
- Attention to detail critical for document review
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other common business applications. Strong spreadsheet skills
- Bachelor’s degree helpful but not 100% necessary
