Duration: 6 months with possible extensions, subject to budget & management/performance
Pay Rate: $25.00 Per hour.
1st Shift: Monday through Friday 7am - 3:30/4pm.
After training manager is flexible to work schedule. Candidate must be open to occasional weekend work

Job Summary
Role Responsibilities.
- Cycle Count Inventory Conduct ongoing cycle counts throughout the 6 month assignment to verify quantities and correct discrepancies.
- Update Inventory System Enter missing parts, update descriptions, correct quantities, and ensure all part data is complete and accurate.
- Parts Room Organization Reorganize shelves, label parts, and maintain a clean, efficient storage layout.
- Process Excess Parts Identify excess or misplaced parts located outside the parts room and determine what should be returned to inventory.
- Shelving & Stocking Place excess or newly identified parts onto the correct shelves following company standards.
- Documentation Cleanup Over the 6 month period ensure all part descriptions, categories, and locations are fully updated and standardized.
- Support Inventory Audit Assist with mid assignment and end of assignment inventory checks to confirm improvements.
- Assist Staff Help technicians and team members locate parts and answer questions about availability.
- Initial cycle counts
- Identify missing descriptions and incorrect quantities
- Begin organizing shelves and labeling
- Full system cleanup
- Add/update all part descriptions
- Process excess parts and return them to inventory
- Deep cycle counts and corrections
- Finalize organization of all shelves and storage areas
- Final audit preparation
- Confirm accuracy of all inventory records
- Document completed improvements for handoff
- 1 years of experience in a similar type of role.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PC programs. Experience with CMMS nice to have.
- Experience with mechanical and consumable parts inventory procedures.
- Be able to lift up to 50 - 60 lbs.
- *Standing pallet jack experience
- *Forklift certification nice to have.
