Director of Case Management – RN/LCSW/LMSW

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Days, 7–10 hour shifts, rotating weekends/on-call as needed

Salary: $135,004–$200,000 per year, based on experience

Bonus: 17.5% incentive bonus $10,000 sign-on bonus

We are looking for an experienced Director of Case Management to lead hospital-wide Case Management, Social Work, and Chaplain services.

This position will oversee daily operations, staff, care coordination, discharge planning, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader who can work closely with physicians, hospital leadership, staff, and community partners.

• Lead and manage Case Management operations.
• Oversee Case Management, Social Work, and Chaplain services.
• Manage staffing, productivity, and staff development.
• Ensure timely and effective care coordination and discharge planning.
• Monitor department performance and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with physicians, nursing leadership, executives, and outside providers.
• Use data to identify issues and develop improvement plans.
• Support department goals and quality initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Active RN, LCSW, or LMSW license required.
• 3 years of acute-care hospital Case Management experience.
• 2 years of Case Management leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with physicians and post-acute care providers.
• Ability to analyze data and independently drive improvements.
