Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LPC)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (On-Site)
Pay: $40–$48/hour Full Benefits
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in the Charlotte Metro area. This full-time, in-office role focuses on providing high-quality mental health services, including assessments, therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. You will support a diverse patient population, including first responders and individuals in high-stress professions.
Job Duties
- Provide individual therapy and conduct clinical assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress using the EHR system
- Participate in case reviews and collaborate with psychiatrists and medical staff
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate mental health care
Requirements
- Active LCSW or LPC license (A-licenses not accepted)
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- 2 years of clinical mental health experience
- Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
- Preferred: Experience supporting first responders; knowledge of PTSD, burnout, and stress management
- Substance use experience helpful, not required
