Travel Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele)
Location: Wilmington, NC
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: October 26, 2026
Shift: Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts
Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week options
Job Type: Travel Contract
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience — required
- Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience
- BLS certification required
- Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry experience
- IV therapy and medication administration experience
- Experience with blood products and peripheral line management
- Experience with heparin protocols/IV heparin drips
- Experience interpreting and managing dysrhythmias
- Must be willing to float as required
- Must work every other weekend
- Must successfully pass EKG testing prior to start
- Charge experience preferred
- Epic experience preferred

- 24 hours of orientation
- Storm/Hurricane Team participation may be required during qualifying emergencies
