Title: IT Desktop, Classroom & Event Technology Support
Location: Dickinson Law – Advantica Building, University Park, PA
Duration: 6 Months, possible extension

Job Summary
Provide onsite desktop, classroom, AV, and event technology support for the law school and School of International Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and podium computer support to faculty and staff.
- Troubleshoot classroom AV systems, including displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, and cameras.
- Support Zoom, hybrid, and two-location classes.
- Ensure classroom recording and room audio are functioning properly.
- Set up and support technology for classes, meetings, and events.
- Operate and monitor audio/video equipment during live events.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and minimize classroom/event disruptions.
- Provide basic technical assistance and user support.
Required Skills
- Desktop support and troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on AV/classroom technology experience.
- Experience with Zoom and hybrid meetings.
- Knowledge of audio, video, cameras, displays, and integrated AV systems.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Additional: Overtime may be required for events, including weekends. Occasional travel to the Carlisle location may be required.
