Highlights of this role include:
No two days are the same. With ongoing training you'll manage everything from emergency heating requests to comprehensive home repair projects, conduct in-home energy coaching visits, and ensure quality standards across all installations. Your work directly improves families' living conditions and reduces energy costs.
We'll support you in earning and maintaining the Building Performance Institutes Building Analyst designation. You will also gain specialized energy efficiency education and exposure to cutting-edge weatherization technologies. Grow your expertise in a rapidly expanding industry.
Success in this role comes from building genuine partnerships. You'll work closely with skilled tradespeople, homeowners, and internal teams, creating collaborative relationships that make projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Split your time between office-based project management and hands-on field work. You'll work from our main office, client homes, and various job sites—perfect for someone who enjoys variety.

Experience We Value

Physical Requirements
This active role requires climbing ladders, working in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, basements), lifting up to 60 pounds, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. We provide all necessary safety training and protective equipment.
