Position Summary
Netlink Voice is seeking a driven and highly organized Corporate Recruiter to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across Netlink Voice and its subsidiaries. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent to support the company’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process across Netlink Voice and affiliated brands
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates against technical and cultural criteria
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate decision-making
- Extend and negotiate offers with selected candidates
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruiting strategies
- Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.)
- Support hiring efforts across multiple departments including sales, engineering, operations, and support
Qualifications
- 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
