Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager/Team Lead to oversee our business communications network projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of network engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, and documentation.
- Conduct risk management and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in project management, with a focus on business communications networks.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of business communications systems and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
