Position Overview
Our direct client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules

  • Build workflows, Flow Designer solutions, scripts, and automations

  • Support ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications

  • Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Troubleshoot platform issues and support upgrades

  • Follow ServiceNow best practices and participate in code reviews

  • Mentor junior developers as needed

Required Skills

  • Strong ServiceNow development experience

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting

  • Experience with integrations and automation

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and CMDB

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS)

  • Experience in large enterprise or government environments

  • Agile/Scrum experience
