Role Description The Senior Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Woodbridge, NJ. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through offer and onboarding stages. The recruiter partners with hiring managers and account management teams to understand role requirements, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales talent. Daily activities include engaging candidates through multiple channels, conducting structured interviews, coordinating hiring decisions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Senior Sales Recruiter also contributes to process improvement, recruitment analytics, and employer branding efforts to support the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Experience with Hiring processes and practices, including collaborating with hiring managers and managing multiple requisitions.
- Background in Account Management or stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience recruiting for technology or IT services organizations, preferably in sales or business development roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
