What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Representative position at Netintegrity Inc.?
Most property management companies aren’t built the same - yet most software assumes they are.
At Netintegrity, we’re changing that. We’re looking for a high-output, hunter-minded BDR who wants to break into enterprise SaaS sales, work real deals, and build pipeline with mid-to-large property management companies across North America.
This is not a passive, inbound role. This is a front-line, growth role.
You’re building pipeline:
- Prospecting into accounts that don’t know us yet.
- Reaching out consistently — calls, email, LinkedIn, industry events.
- Getting in front of senior decision-makers (owners, COOs, CFOs).
- Opening conversations that turn into real opportunities.
You’ll work closely with sales leadership and TSM's — not just booking meetings, but learning how deals actually get built.
The Role:
- Outbound Prospecting: High-volume, high-quality outreach across multiple channels
- Events: You are out in the field, meeting prospects and industry peers to drive conversations into conversions.
- Pipeline Creation: Generate and qualify new opportunities within target accounts
- CRM Ownership: Keep pipeline clean, accurate, and moving
- Market Learning: Understand the challenges property management companies face and speak to them clearly
- Target Execution: Consistently hit activity and meeting targets
We're Looking For:
- Has a minimum 1–3 years in sales BDR/SDR or outbound role (Property management industry is a plus).
- Is comfortable picking up the phone — consistently.
- Can handle rejection without slowing down.
- Takes ownership of their number and their output.
- Wants a path into a closing role and is willing to earn it.
