Hiring a Call Center Manager (remote) to lead our booking/CSR team for home services brands — immediate start. We're looking for a hands-on leader with deep home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and ServiceTitan know-how who loves coaching people and driving results. This role is for someone who can:
- Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of booking reps/CSRs
- Own staffing, scheduling, and daily coverage
- Drive KPIs: booking rate, containment, and QA scores
- Run the QA loop and handle escalations
Requirements:
- Deep home services experience — HVAC, plumbing & electrical (required)
- ServiceTitan experience (required)
- 3 years call center experience, with 1–2 years managing
- Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Strong English communication
- Experience managing remote/offshore teams
- Full-time, aligned with ET hours
