Position Summary

Netgain is seeking a process-oriented and capable people leader to serve as the Director of New Logo Sales. This position will oversee a team of Account Executives and SDRs focused on selling Netgain’s accounting software products to new customers, mostly mid-market companies who use NetSuite as their ERP. Netgain is a high-growth SaaS business, and this role is critical as the company continues to scale rapidly.

Position Summary

Netgain is seeking a process-oriented and capable people leader to serve as the Director of New Logo Sales. This position will oversee a team of Account Executives and SDRs focused on selling Netgain’s accounting software products to new customers, mostly mid-market companies who use NetSuite as their ERP. Netgain is a high-growth SaaS business, and this role is critical as the company continues to scale rapidly.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management
    • Own top-of-funnel and mid-funnel performance by inspecting pipeline health, forecasting bookings, identifying coverage gaps, and driving consistent opportunity creation across the team.
  • Team Coaching
  • Coach Account Executives through regular deal reviews, call coaching, and performance feedback, while building strong selling habits, accountability, and consistent execution against quota.
  • SDR Oversight
  • Assist in building Netgain’s SDR program by hiring SDRs and developing outbound prospecting processes and collateral.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of SDR performance, lead follow-up discipline, and AE-SDR handoff quality to ensure efficient pipeline generation and strong alignment across the new logo motion.
  • Sales Process Ownership
  • Own the sales process end to end by identifying bottlenecks, standardizing stage expectations and deal progression, and driving process improvements that increase rep effectiveness and shorten the sales cycle.
Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 years in managing a sales team at a B2B SaaS company
  • 4 years selling mid-market ERPs or software products that integrate with such ERPs; experience in the NetSuite ecosystem would be viewed favorably
  • Experience with both direct and channel sales motions
  • Ability to foster strong relationships both externally and internally across Netgain’s functions
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategy, funnel metrics, sales processes, and lead lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others, build their skillsets, and hold them accountable for results
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Compensation: $140,000-180,000 base salary, commissions, stock options
