We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next. The Opportunity: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join the Awards Operations team overseeing title-level campaign production, creative operations, and project management across our Awards Marketing Film, Series, Animation and Non-Fiction campaigns. Awards Operations is a center-of-excellence for creative operations, cross-functional project management, and marketing production. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to shape the future of how we enable the best quality and scaled execution of marketing campaigns as we continue to grow our slate of awards content. The Team: * Connect the Dots, Simplify the Complex. We are the connective tissue of the Awards Marketing ecosystem— using deep understanding and context from across the organization along with our functional expertise to translate awards strategy into marketing action, streamline engagement and make the complex simple for all stakeholders. * One-Team, Shared Wins - Powered by Proactivity and Selflessness. We embody a “one-team” culture rooted in joint accountability, proactive support and trusted ownership. We optimize for shared wins, putting company outcomes above individual recognition. Together, we create the most value for Netflix. * Power Strategic Execution Excellence, at Scale. We are objective, strategic thought leaders that prioritize and execute flawlessly, anchoring on speed and simplicity. We move fast, stay accountable, and generously share learnings - mastering change management to keep everyone highly aligned. Guided by data we deliver seamlessly while continuously improving. The Role: In this role, you will be a key cross-functional partner, responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of awards marketing assets across a wide variety of Awards Campaigns (Emmys, Oscars, Golden Globes, Guild, BAFTA etc.) and across all awards priority titles in Film, Doc, Animation and Series. You will also support all operations needs for Awards Marketing and Awards Publicity including database and historical record management and tooling. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the full campaign lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of awards titles, meticulously managing all milestones and overseeing the finishing and trafficking of complex awards marketing deliverables, including online/offline AV, key art, out-of-home, print, digital, and social creative assets. This includes providing operational oversight for day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of creative development and production issues. * Contribute as a curious creative and strategic thought partner to cross-functional awards marketing teams (media, social, creative), proactively bringing forward ideas, helping shape campaign concepts and execution, including providing strategic guidance for driving effective creative iteration to maximize awards impact and operational efficiency. * Drive operational excellence by providing oversight on tooling to ensure the accuracy of all campaign deliverables and maintaining robust team visibility by incorporating assets outside the Media Agency Scope into the tooling ecosystem. Additionally, diligently budget and track all Awards Marketing spend across the entire campaign lifecycle. * Maintain clear and consistent cross-functional communication and workflow alignment, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information. Proactively communicate timely updates, campaign milestones, assets, and deliverables to key stakeholders at every stage of the campaign lifecycle. * Manage and maintain the Awards team's institutional knowledge by leading the creation, execution, and ongoing management of internal databases and historical continuity decks, ensuring all data, timing, and links are current and accurate for year-over-year strategic execution. * Drive workflow excellence by refining and revising best practices for core campaign workflows, and ensuring the Awards Marketing team is effectively onboarded to new tooling updates and platforms. Who We're Looking For: * 4 years of creative project management and creative production experience, preferably at an entertainment studio, network, or agency. * Knowledgeable of marketing campaign workflows, deeply understanding the creative and production process for video (trailers, tv spots, social creative, etc), print/OOH and digital materials. * High competency and proven track record of project management of 360 marketing campaigns. * Knowledgeable of the ever-evolving advertising landscape * Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types with geographically dispersed teams. * Strategic thought partner and strong team player. * You are passionate and curious about all aspects of entertainment marketing. * You are a natural-born communicator, connecting the dots when others cannot and simplifying complex issues and questions. * You thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity. * You approach all challenges and obstacles with a solutions-oriented mindset * You are an agile, goal-oriented personality, driven to succeed, and always up for a challenge!
