The Photo & AV Studio team has the enviable position of straddling two worlds in the entertainment industry: Photo & AV asset creation and global communication strategy. We specialize in capturing and creating photo and video assets that shape, enhance, and support publicity campaigns for our Netflix content, including Series, Films, and Documentaries. Simply put, we produce the content that compels people to watch our shows through various media. # # The Role What photos will pop up on Socials? What videos will drive conversation through socials? What videos will help influencers create their own assets? What photos will ensure a magazine spread? What video will get audiences and publishers excited about a new show? How do we make a talking-head interview visually pop? How can we be smart and tell different stories across markets through visual assets? These are just some of the opportunities you'll be delivering in this role. We are seeking a strategic individual to support Marketing campaigns driven by A/V materials for Netflix titles — photography, video, audio, animation, graphic design, and the next big thing. Our content stands out and makes an impact on the industry and consumers alike, compelling them to watch Netflix content. The role requires a high level of creativity and the ability to proactively identify needs to move work forward, with limited supervision. It will require a succinct communicator who is able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing priorities across multiple projects is essential, as is the ability to strategically plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously. You'll be working with TV/film productions, talent, filmmakers, and publicity events as part of the Netflix Marketing team. Building relationships as well as working effectively both autonomously and in collaboration with cross-functional partners will be key to success. This job is based in Madrid and reports to the Photo & AV Studio Senior Manager, Spain. # Responsibilities * Work closely with the Title Lead to produce strong creative materials that shape and enhance the overall publicity campaign, and to develop and execute strategy per project/title across its lifecycle * Create and oversee the finishing of assets across AV, photo, audio, and animation * Be part of the creative brainstorm * Support a slate of projects that includes original series, films, documentaries, docu-series, and comedy specials * Drive communication with your regional campaign PR counterpart and marketing/social teams * Hire and oversee unit photographers and video crews, including script and schedule review and communication with production * Manage the asset management and servicing of material * Oversee photography and video needs for premieres, events, and photo shoots * Monitor digital trends and social media innovation * Control budget & manage contracts # Skills and Requirements * Minimum 4 years of work experience in visual asset creation, managing a high volume of complex projects and tasks for multiple people and departments simultaneously * Strong understanding of the photography/video industry, including digital file specs and size formats * Strong eye for producing visual assets * Good knowledge of copyright laws, usage licenses, and embargoes * Solid organizational and time management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication to work effectively with internal and external teams * Able to work independently, make sound decisions, think strategically, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail * Fluency in English and Spanish # Good to Have * Digital tools lover: comfortable with internal tools and Adobe Creative Suite for finishing assets * Basic knowledge of Photoshop, and other creative tools * Social media skills and/or background, with knowledge of platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, including social media analytics * Understanding of the influencer industry and influencer content creation * Project management experience * Experience working in a global team is preferred, but not essential * A varied network of creatives based in Spain: photographers, videographers, editors, art directors, and graphic designers * Knowledge of the Spanish entertainment industry and talent landscape, and a passion for entertainment Please submit application and CV in English Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
