Role Overview
We seek a Fintech Banking Manager to lead banking operations and partnerships within our Open Banking division. This role manages sponsor bank relationships, treasury operations, and regulatory compliance—ensuring seamless onboarding and minimizing risk losses while keeping Netevia’s Open Banking products operating efficiently, securely, and at scale.

What You’ll Do
· Oversee and perform 0daily banking operations and liquidity management across Open Banking programs.
· Manage relationships with sponsor and partner banks to optimize settlement, fund flow, and API connectivity.
· Ensure compliance with BSA/AML, KYC, OFAC, and data privacy regulations.
· Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate bank APIs and automate treasury workflows.
· Support new Open Banking initiatives such as account verification and instant payments.
· Stay ahead of regulatory developments and apply emerging Open Banking standards across programs.
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (MBA preferred).
· 5 years in fintech, banking, or treasury operations—3 years in Open Banking or API-based financial systems.
· Proven experience managing sponsor bank or financial institution partnerships.
· Deep understanding of Open Banking fund flows, API integrations, and payment settlement processes.
· Strong knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory frameworks.
· Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
